Weber 34 ICH replacement carb kit to suit Ford Transit 2 Ltr V4 models manufactured between 1967 – 1976
If you have a Transit 2 ltr from between 1981 and 1986, then you would need this carb.
If you have a Transit 2 ltr from after 1986, then you would need this carb.
If you have a Transit 1.7 ltr v4 model between 1967 and 1976, then you would need this carb.
Replaces Ford IV carburettor.

This kit is designed to allow removal of the cold start/choke functionality of the DCOE carburettor.
The requirement to do this is commonplace in situations where the engine can be warmed properly before use, typically off road or track day use, where the user wants to simplify the carburettor operation and reduce the chance of fuel leakage in extreme operating conditions.
Full installation instructions are included.
Good quality brand new stainless steel air filter, the same size as K&N small oval units.

- Weber DCOE 38,40,42,45 and 48 ( Note – hole size for trumpet is 48mm, which may need modification for slot in trumpets )

This kit features a Weber 4 barrel downdraught carburettor and dual plane induction manifold.
The conversion has been developed for improved engine torque and fuel economy. Although calibrated for Range Rover 3.5 and 3.9 models, it is also suitable for many other Rover V8 applications, and for those wishing to carry out engine tuning modifications.
For applications other than 3.5 or 3.9Â ltr, calibration changes and/or adjustments may be required.
Please note that this is the only official Webcon 4 barrel kit for the Rover V8. There are a number of “Grey” importers supplying similar looking products, however these have not been tested or verified by Webcon.
This conversion can be carried out by a competent D.I.Y mechanic with a basic tool kit. The kit comes complete with detailed fitting instructions covering varying models.

This carburettor is fitted with a manually operated (cable) cold start mechanism (choke), Cable not included.

Custom Speed Parts safety-cut-out relay.
This relay allows the electric fuel pump to be automatically switched off when, e.g. in the event of an accident, the engine stops and the ignition remains switched on.
This device also protects the fuel pump against damage (risk of overheating), which can occur when the engine stops, but the ignition is on.
Comes with relay plus socket, universal wiring loom.
Note, This relay will cut the power to the pump, but if your fuel pump is the type that will allow fuel to flow through it when its not running fitting a solenoid like SOL002 may also be required.
