The STE CO2 Leak Detector is ideal for the early detection of leaks between the combustion chamber and cooling system – high quality, Made in Germany.
This case contains all the necessary tools for precise and easy to handle testing:
- CO2 test liquid
- The CO2 test fluid ensures reliable testing for precise leak detection. The liquid reacts very sensitively to CO2 levels and changes colour visibly, meaning the smallest of leaks can be detected reliably. The liquid must not be refilled and should be disposed of properly after use.
- CO2 rinsing liquid
- The CO2 rinsing fluid ensures optimal cleaning for reliable test results. It has been specially made to reliably clean your CO2 leak detector device after each use thus ensuring long-term, precise function. The liquid protects the tester from contamination ensuring it is ready for use at all times.
- CO2 leak tester
- The CO2 leak tester device allows you to detect even the smalest of leaks that can occur at high operating temparatures or under heavy load. Thanks to the unique dual-chamber technology, misdiagnoses are avoided meaning only real CO2 componenents in the cooling system are detected.
For best use if a leak is suspected, in the event of overheating and water loss, after exteme heating due to a defective water hose, V-belt etc. A routine check takes just one minute and can be carried out whether the engine is cold or warm.
