Weber 44mm IDF 71carburettor.
Genuine Weber, made in Spain, not a cheap Chinese copy
This carburettor has not got a starting mechanism (choke) fitted, but is fitted with a blanking plate instead, which makes it ideal for fitting to VW aircooled engines as it avoids clearance issues with the fan housing.
Standard jetting is:-
- 36mm Venturi
- 135 Main jet
- F11 Emulsion tube
- 175 Air corrector jet
- 55 Pump exhaust valve
- 60 Idle jet
- 50 Pump jet
- 1.75 Needle valve.
